Buffalo Bills: 3 players trending up after their performance in Week 10

For the second time this year, the Buffalo Bills entered the game with limited options at cornerback. The team had placed Levi Wallace and Josh Norman on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday which created an opportunity for rookie Dane Jackson to get the start.

This was the second start for Jackson this year and once again responded with a huge game. The first start for Jackson came in Week 7 against the New York Jets when he had an interception and two passes defended.

This past game though was a much tougher challenge as the Cardinals have excellent receivers with DeAndre Hopkins and Christian Kirk and Kyler Murray went towards Jackson early. On the Cardinals’ opening drive, Jackson was lined up across from Hopkins as Murray tried to throw a back shoulder throw to his star receiver.

However, Jackson was in perfect position and knocked the ball away forcing the Cardinals to settle for a field goal. Then in the second half he made another key play when he recovered the fumble forced by Taron Johnson.

This is the second time the rookie has played well in extended action and the coaching staff needs to give some serious thought to making him the permanent starter, even when Wallace and Norman return.
