Josh Allen vs. Jamal Adams and Jordyn Brooks

One thing that Bills fans haven’t seen too much this year is Josh Allen taking over a game with his legs. The reason is that he really hasn’t had to with his development as a passer and the improvements he has made with his accuracy.

In a game where the Buffalo Bills likely will need to have a season high in points in to win, the coaching staff should hold nothing back. This could mean more designed runs and giving Josh Allen more freedom to make plays outside of the pocket.

However, the Seahawks have two players that could potentially neutralize this part of Allen’s game. The first, and the bigger name, is safety Jamal Adams who the Bills know well. He was previously with the New York Jets before being traded prior to the season. He has missed the past few weeks due to injury but returns for this game.

The other player and this is someone Bills fans may not know as well, is linebacker Jordyn Brooks. The rookie was a first-round pick by the Seahawks and is an athletic linebacker that the Seahawks have used to try to slow down the mobile quarterbacks they have faced.

While Josh Allen is unlikely to break off 20 or 30 yard runs, what he can do with his legs is extend drives picking up those first downs. If he is effective in this area, combined with the things they do well, the offense could have one of their better games.
