Evan Boehm

When the Buffalo Bills signed Evan Boehm this offseason, it seemed like he would be a training camp body with an outside chance to make the 53-man roster. However, the injury to Feliciano not only increases his chance to make the roster but potentially become the starter.

The Bills signed Boehm as a free agent this offseason after he spent the first two years in the NFL with the Arizona Cardinals and recently one year stops with the Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins.

One of the reasons Boehm could end up winning the starting job is because he has starting experience at right guard, with 21 starts over the past four years. This past season he had a career high eight starts for the Dolphins.

Similar to Long, the benefit of Boehm winning the job is that it could keep Cody Ford at right tackle. However, he doesn’t know the system like Long does and will have some ground to make up there.
