Offseason Changes

Key Additions: Breshad Perriman, George Fant, Connor McGovern, Patrick Onwuasor, Frank Gore, Joe Flacco, Mekhi Benton, Denzel Mims

Key Losses: Robby Anderson, Brandon Copeland, Ryan Kalil

Last year, the Jets made the big splashes by adding running back Le’Veon Bell and C.J. Mosley but this offseason added more role players. While the moves this offseason may not grab the headlines, they could be more impactful.

The focus for the Jets this offseason was clearly improving the offensive line with the additions of Fant, McGovern and first round pick Mekhi Benton. By establishing the offensive line, it should help Darnold as he enters Year 3 and the run game with Bell and Gore.

The biggest question mark for the Jets is the trade drama surrounding Jamal Adams. If they do elect to trade him before the start of the season, this will be a big hole in their secondary.
