Buffalo Bills: 3 reasons Stefon Diggs makes his first Pro Bowl in 2020

These are three reasons that Stefon Diggs will make his first Pro Bowl in his career in his first season with the Buffalo Bills.

There is no question that Stefon Diggs is one of the top wide receivers in the NFL and will be a welcome addition to the Buffalo Bills. He will be entering his sixth year in the league and over the past four seasons as a member of the Minnesota Vikings he has had at least 63 receptions and 849 receiving yards to go along with a total of 26 touchdowns.

The past two seasons, Diggs has broken the 1,000 receiving mark and has combined for 15 touchdowns so it is rather surprising considering the fact that Stefon Diggs has yet to earn a spot in the Pro Bowl.

However, in Buffalo that will hopefully now change. The Bills certainly paid a hefty price to get Stefon Diggs as they traded their first round pick, which was 22nd overall, along with a fifth and sixth round pick in this year’s NFL Draft. They also sent a fourth round pick in next year’s draft but did get the Minnesota Vikings’ seventh round pick, which they used on cornerback Dane Jackson, as part of the trade.

Stefon Diggs was always a key part of the Minnesota Vikings offense but never earned any awards for his play. That should change with the Buffalo Bills and this is three reasons that Stefon Diggs will go to his first Pro Bowl in 2020.
