Buffalo Bills bring back Quinton Spain with three-year deal
According to reports, the Buffalo Bills have agreed to a three-year deal with offensive guard Quinton Spain.
With free agency right around the corner, the Buffalo Bills reportedly agreed to a three-year deal with offensive guard Quinton Spain. The news of Spain returning to the BIlls was first broken by Matt Parrino and Ryan Talbot of NYUP.com.
While the terms of the deal weren’t first available, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport confirmed that Spain agreed to a three-year deal worth $15 million.

Spain joined the Buffalo Bills last offseason on a one-year deal after spending the first four years in the league with the Tennessee Titans. He signed as an undrafted free agent in 2015 and went on to start 48 games for the Titans over that stretch.
The veteran guard was a key piece of a nearly completely overhauled offensive line last season. He started all 16 games and was one of only nine guards to not allow a sack during the regular season, according to Pro Football Focus.
The Buffalo Bills didn’t have too many key players from last year’s team that was a free agent but the return of Spain is big for this team. Last month, we identified Spain as one of the players the Bills had to bring back and at this contract it feels like a no-brainer.
In addition to the fact that he played very well, this is a big lift for the offensive line going into 2020. The familiarity these players develop over the course of the season is not something that can be easily replicated with new players on an offensive line. Now that the team has all five starters from last year under contract, this should be a huge boost for Josh Allen and the Bills’ offense as a whole.
