Offensive Line Struggles

When the Bills have virtually zero running game going for them, this usually means that the offensive line isn’t doing their job as well.

The pressure of star defensive players like Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis, and Julius Peppers were ultimately too much for Buffalo’s offensive line to handle. The injury to Cordy Glenn was a huge factor in the run game today and also the pass protection. Tyrod Taylor was getting pressured almost every play and was forced to either run, force a throw or throw it away.

This was one of the many factors why the Bills only had a total of 176 yards. The offensive line that we’ve been so accustomed to seeing over the last few seasons, the same offensive line that helped running back LeSean McCoy crack over 2,000 rushing yards with his time in Buffalo looked like a totally different group today than what we’re used to seeing.  They’ll have to toughen up when they square off against great pass rusher, Von Miller.
