With preseason officially over, here is my final look at what I think the Bills 53 man roster will look like. The Bills roster currently stands at 83; they need to cut 30 by Saturday afternoon. Check out my first installment of predicting the 53 here, and my second here.
QB (2): Tyrod Taylor, Nathan Peterman
- TJ Yates had an awful preseason. Peterman had a great one. I believe the Bills are comfortable going into the season with just 2 QB’s on the roster. Wenning had an impressive game; maybe they can sneak him onto the practice squad.
RB (3): LeSean McCoy, Johnathan Williams, Joe Banyard
- A strong final few games of the preseason earned Banyard the 3rd RB spot.
FB (2): Patrick DiMarco, Mike Tolbert
- No changes here
WR (7): Jordan Matthews, Zay Jones, Brandon Tate, Corey Brown, Rod Streater, Brandon Reilly, Andre Holmes, Walt Powell*
- This is easily the hardest position to predict. With all of the WR turnover, I expect Brandon Beane to forgo the compensatory pick dreams by keeping Holmes on the roster. Reilly did more than enough to grab a spot. *The Bills are given an exemption because of Powell’s four game suspension but will have to cut someone to make room when he comes back.
TE (3): Charles Clay, Nick O’Leary, Logan Thomas
- No changes here
OL (8): Richie Incognito, John Miller, Ryan Groy, Dion Dawkins, Cordy Glen, Jordan Mills, Eric Wood, Michael Ola, Seantrel Henderson*
- *The Bills are also given an exemption until Henderson’s five game ban is over. For the time being, I have Michael Ola taking his spot until he returns.

CB (6): EJ Gaines, Kevon Seymour, Tre’Davious White, Shareece Wright, Leonard Johnson, Greg Mabin
- No changes here.
S (4): Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer, Colt Anderson, Tre Elston
- Ramboo was cut last week; I have Elston taking his spot.
LB (6): Lorenzo Alexander, Preston Brown, Ramon Humber, Gerald Hodges, Matt Milano, Tanner Vallejo
DE (4): Jerry Hughes, Shaq Lawson, Eddie Yarbrough, Max Valles
- Max Valles made some plays this preseason, enough for him to sneak on the roster.
DT (5): Marcell Dareus, Kyle Williams, Jerel Worthy, Deandre Coleman, Adolphus Washington
- One more strike for Dareus and he will be out. But honestly, I won’t be surprised if he is cut over the next 48 hours.

ST (3): Stephen Hauschka, Colton Schmitt, Reid Ferguson
- No changes here.
