Buffalo Bills players react to the Golden State Warriors, NBA Finals

The Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals in Game 5, which means Buffalo Bills’ running back LeSean McCoy won his $200k bet.
If you were watching the NBA Finals the past few weeks, then you’ve seen just how dominant the Golden State Warriors are. Sure, it took several superstars and multiple other all-stars to bring down the Cavs, but they were just straight un-stoppable.
Of course, like with every other major sports event, Twitter was poppin’ once the final whistle blew. Cleveland fans were mad, Warriors’ fans were loud and Donald Trump was nowhere to be found.
No, really, the Trump-ster had no tweets for the NBA Finals last night. Granted, it’s not quite 3 AM yet as I’m typing this.
Nonetheless, Buffalo Bills‘ players were definitely giving the Golden State Warriors their props, without discrediting what LeBron James and the Cavs were able to do all season long. Perhaps the biggest headline of all was the fact that LeSean McCoy cashed in on his $200k bet that brought him a little over $62k profit.
Ultimately, the Warriors won in 5 games after taking a 3-0 lead right out the gate. A terrible Game 4 left the whole Bay Area stunned, but it wasn’t enough to take the NBA Finals to Game 6. Kevin Durant was named the Finals MVP, winning the first championship of his career.
For the Warriors, Steph Curry finished with 34 points, Durant with 39 points, Andre Iguodala with 20 and Green/Thompson combined for 21 points. For the Cavs, LeBron led the way with 41 points and finished averaging a triple-double for the first time in Finals history. Irving added 26 points, JR Smith had 25 and Tristan Thompson finished with 15 points.

Who knows, maybe the Buffalo Bills will be celebrating their own championship this season. I could go for one of those in Buffalo.
