Who are the other 6 players that will be returning from injury this season and where will they fit on the roster — if they make it?

Buffalo Bills. WALTER POWELL. #19. The Buffalo Bills recently released Corey Washington, which means they liked Walter Powell enough to take him into workouts. Powell was with the team last year, but suffered an ankle injury vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars that ended his season. He played in 9 games and recorded 14 catches, 142 yards and 7 first downs, but failed to get a touchdown. It will be a stiff race for playing time among the Bills’ wide receivers and Powell will have a lot to prove if he wants to make it to Week 1. If he does make it, it’ll just take one good game early on to earn major trust with a new coaching staff working with an entirely new receivers group.. WR

#71. Cyrus Kouandjio has had several issues as of late. Starting early in 2016, he missed a few games with an ankle injury. When the season ended, he suffered a non-football injury to his hip when he fell at his home. After having surgery, it was announced he would miss most of the workouts and OTA’s, but would be ready for training camp. That was before he was involved in a bizarre incident with the cops. Found in a shirt and underwear, police said he was wandering in a field confused and yelled at them ‘shoot me.’ Right now, it doesn’t look like Kouandjio will be suiting up Week 1. We’re just hoping he’s okay.. OT. Buffalo Bills. CYRUS KOUANDJIO

Seantrel Henderson is another talented offensive lineman that has seen some off-the-field injuries take over their career. For the past two seasons, Henderson has been on and off the field due to his Crohn’s disease. He appeared in just one game last season, Week 11 vs. Cincinnati Bengals. Unfortunately, the Crohn’s disease wouldn’t allow him to play. It’s unfortunate for someone who had a bright future with this team, emerging as a talented offensive tackle after being drafted in the seventh round of the 2014 draft. Much like Kouandjio, it looks like Henderson won’t be suiting up for a little while as he continues to battle his Crohn’s disease.. OT. Buffalo Bills. SEANTREL HENDERSON. #66

COLT ANDERSON. #33. Colt Anderson suffered two injuries early on last season (hand and foot) that ultimately put him on the injured reserve for the rest of the season. He is a good safety to have for depth, but his real value is on special teams. I think Colt Anderson is going to make the 53-man roster and contribute on special teams. McDermott and company liked something about him, since he was the first player the Bills’ re-signed this offseason.. S. Buffalo Bills

#31. Jonathan Dowling suffered a knee injury in the Bills’ preseason game vs. the Redskins last year, the same game that Chris Gragg went down with a knee injury. Dowling ended up tearing his ACL and was later waived with an injury designation. He will be fighting for a spot this year, but he needs to stay healthy to even get that shot.. CB. Buffalo Bills. JONATHAN DOWLING

Buffalo Bills. KOLBY LISTENBEE. #18. Kolby Listenbee was another rookie last season that saw his 2016 end before it started. Listenbee had surgery for a double sports hernia in March 2016 that kept him off the field for a while. He was also dealing with hip instability from a hit he endured in college, so he had that repaired in December 2016. He will get his first shot at proving his worth to the Buffalo Bills’ coaching staff this year and I have high hopes for the young receiver.. WR

That covers all of the players that will be returning from injury this season.
