A legal expert has chimed in and provided her opinion on if the Bills will stay in Buffalo or not. She is an Adjunct Professor that works at the UB law school and worked as an assistant attorney in the 80s and 90s on matters concerning the Sabres, she has first hand knowledge on the dealings when it comes to sports legalities. The news looks to be that Bon Jovi approached Kelly with an offer which was turned down by the Hall of Fame quarterback.
