Cordy Glenn was a non participant in the mandatory practice yesterday. Seventh Round pick Seantrel Henderson stepped in with the first team on got to take reps with them. Henderson was a top prospect coming into last year but with off the field issues and some even at the Pro Days and combines, his stock drastically dropped, but the Bills were willing to gamble with their 7th round pick and take talent over decision making. They have given Henderson a “one strike and out” ultimatum. Henderson looked good at tackle, while Hairston rotated with Urbik at right guard. [ESPN]
Last week we quickly looked at the possibility of the Buffalo Bills opening their beer stands and hour early on game days. The bid from last week has been put to bed. It did not pass. The effort by the Bills was to bring a little more family style tailgating to the scene and control the amount of alcohol that was being poured. [ESPN]

The Buffalo Bills have 90 players on their roster. In a couple of weeks it has to be brought down to 53 for the start of the season. We pretty much know who the starters are going to be and some of the back-ups, but of those 53 to make the team, which ones could be undrafted free agents. Kenny Ladler is one that has made some noise and shown his ability. He is the front runner for the UDFA to make this 53 man squad. Are there others? [Bleacher Report]
While in college, Manny Lawson was a defensive end. He has primarily been a 3-4 outside LB for the Bengals and coming to the Bills moved to a 4-3 outside LB which was a little different in nature. With new defensive coordinator, Jim Schwartz, keeping the 4-3 style defense and with the signings of Keith Rivers and Brandon Spikes, Manny Lawson is making the move back to defensive end. He is optimistic about the move and excited to get to go back to where he started. [Buffalo News Blitz]
