The Winter Classic, started in Buffalo, looks to come back to its roots. What would it take for the Sabres to get back to playing at RWS in a Winter Classic. A New Stadium may be in order, not to mention a big named player.

The Buffalo Bills made a big splash in their draft by trading away two first round picks, and moving up 5 spots to land, arguably the top playmaker in the draft. Could the Buffalo Sabres be looking to do the same by shopping around the 2nd overall pick in their draft and look to gain more picks to add depth for their prospect teams?
Captains are a signifying part of a team to show what the team is about as well as their leadership. The Bills Captains last year were Eric Wood, Fred Jackson, and Kyle Williams. All great players and great leaders both on and off the field. The Sabres have had a tough time going through Captains and finding one to fit.
