Week 4 has come and gone within the AFC East and the Buffalo Bills are still in control after three games. Ever since 2020, the Bills are the clear top team in the division. While they have been challenged at different times in that span, Buffalo has always been in the lead.
Going into Week 4, the Bills have a commanding lead within the division since the Patriots, Jets, and Dolphins all lost in Week 4. The Bills are standing at 3-0, the Patriots are at 1-2, and both the Jets and Dolphins are still searching for their first win.
Week 4 is now the focus for all four teams in the division and we have the breakdown for each of the games.
Week 4 games for all AFC East teams
New Orleans Saints @ Buffalo Bills
Buffalo comes into this game feeling great about themselves at 3-0. Their offense is scoring 30+ points per game and Josh Allen is looking like the MVP once again. As for the defense, they have been inconsistent but they have a favorable matchup this week against the Saints.

Carolina Panthers @ New England Patriots
1PM - FOX
The Patriots dropped a heartbreaker against the Steelers as they failed to make a comeback late in the 4th quarter. They made a ton of mistakes, including a couple of fumbles and their defense played undisciplined football. They take on a Carolina Panthers team that just put up 30 points on the Atlanta Falcons, while shutting them out as well.
New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins
Monday Night Football, 7:15PM - ESPN
This is the divisional game that could be painful to watch. Two 0-3 teams on primetime on Monday Night Football, maybe one of them will get their first win of the season. However, it would be hilarious if this game ended in a tie. Both teams are dealing with injuries and lack of talent. However, the Jets have shown more fight than the Dolphins have.
