It's a good thing the Buffalo Bills are used to playing in crazy weather, right? The weather forecast for Week 13's match-up between the Bills and the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers calls for "definite snow" at Highmark Stadium, which absolutely benefits the Bills.
According to NFL Weather, Orchard Park will be receiving "definite snow" throughout the entire game. It'll be 22 degrees at kickoff but will feel like 11 degrees and that'll be close to what the temperature and feels like numbers will be throughout the rest of the match-up.
Bills vs. 49ers weather report calls for "definite snow"
Anytime the Bills have a chance to play at home during a snowstorm is beneficial to them but it's even more beneficial considering they're playing a team from California on Sunday night. The 49ers aren't used to playing in many snow games and as of this writing, it's a beautiful 59 degrees in Santa Clara with a high of 66 degrees on Sunday.
The Bills were already favored to beat the defending NFC champs but the snowstorm will undoubtedly help those odds. Not only are the 49ers not going to be as used to playing in rough weather but they're banged up and desperate for a win before their season officially goes down the drain.
More Bills news:
With the snow, this should mean that both teams lean more on their run games so it'll be a big night for Josh Allen (as it normally is) and James Cook for Buffalo while Bills fans hope that Christian McCaffrey doesn't have a big night for the visiting Niners.
Bills fans are hoping that this is another memorable snow game for the team as they vie for a 10-2 record and the AFC East title. The good news is that it's not a cold-weather team coming in so the advantage scale tips even further in Buffalo's direction in Week 13 and for a team striving for the number one seed, that's a great thing.
Update: Take a look at the snow in Buffalo roughly six hours before kickoff! This is going to be fun to watch, folks!
