Sean McDermott provides fantastic injury update heading into Week 14
By Brandon Ray
The Buffalo Bills have a long plane ride ahead of them this weekend as they travel to the west coast for a Week 14 battle with the Los Angeles Rams. For the longest time now, it’s been quite awhile since we have seen the Bills fully healthy as a team this year. However, it should be no surprise that the Bills have been facing injuries. Every year, it seems like the Bills have taken on the burden of losing key players at various times.
Week 14 should be a different story though for them. Head coach Sean McDermott confirmed on the radio (WGR550) that all players will practice in “some capacity” and the team will not be ruling out anyone as of right now, per Maddy Glab.
For the last month or so, the Bills have had to play in games without the services of Amari Cooper, Spencer Brown, Keon Coleman, and Dalton Kincaid. As of recently, Coleman and Kincaid have been the only ones that haven’t played. It is ironic that despite all the injuries that Buffalo has to endure, they have been beating down opponents. Just go ask the 49ers.
All players for the Bills have been practicing this week, but they do have five players that have been limited. Kincaid, Coleman are the most notable names seeing as how they have been out since atleast Week 11 and on together. Then there is Quintin Morris, Taylor Rapp and Curtis Samuel who have all been limited this week. However, not listing them as a “did not practice” gives them a good shot at playing on Sunday.
Buffalo Bills could be traveling to west coast fully healthy
The Bills already have the AFC East on lockdow, clinching it last Sunday night. Now they just need to focus on two things in the next five weeks; chasing the No. 1 seed with the Kansas City Chiefs, and making sure that everyone stays healthy. The Bills are already guarenteed a home playoff game and the last thing they need is a serious injury to occur that could cost them the top seed in the AFC and potentially a playoff game.
The official inactives list for the Bills in gameday will come out 90 minutes prior to kickoff and Bills fans will want to be on the lookout to see if Buffalo can get back to full strength. Even though the Rams are 6-6, they are still fighting for the NFC West so the Bills will need all the help they can get to play spoiler against them.
