Ranking positions Buffalo Bills likely to draft in Round 1 of 2024 NFL Draft
1. Wide Receiver
The number one position shouldn't be much of a surprise with all the moves made at the position this offseason. The Bills would lose Gabe Davis in free agency and appeared to address the loss by bringing in players like Curtis Samuel and Mack Hollins.
However, it once again became a priority when they traded Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans. He had been their top receiver the past four seasons and has created a huge hole in their offense based purely on the number of targets he has gotten from Josh Allen.
The good news is that this is a very deep class at wide receiver and they will have plenty of options at their disposal. It could be Brandon Beane swinging big to move into the Top 10 for one of the Big 3 to maybe a trade up, but not as far, to get Brian Thomas Jr.
If the Bills stay at 28, there is a group of receivers that are likely to be there like Troy Franklin, Adonai Mitchell, or Ladd McConkey that would be good picks. It doesn't seem like a lock that the Bills will be drafting a wide receiver but it makes the most sense.
