1. Curtis Samuel

In the end, the receiver who will be leading the Bills in receiving is the one that many have seemingly forgotten about. The Bills over the past few weeks have added players like Claypool, Coleman, and Valdes-Scantling but the first big-name receiver they brought in this offseason was Curtis Samuel.

He was one of the first free agents the team signed and they gave him a three-year deal worth $24 million. The contract should be an indication that the Bills have big plans for Samuel this season.

Samuel was a second-round pick by the Carolina Panthers in 2017 and over the past seven years between the Panthers and the Commanders has been that second or third option within the offense. However, the ceiling is much higher for Samuel and he should that in 2020 which coincidentally was the only season he had Joe Brady as his offensive coordinator.

Samuel would have a career-high 77 receptions for 851 receiving yards in his final season with the Panthers. This season, he has a chance to emerge as that top receiver, and with a play-caller like Brady and a quarterback like Josh Allen, he is set for a true breakout season.
