3. Khalil Shakir

Khalil Shakir is the only wide receiver on the Buffalo Bills roster who has caught a pass from Josh Allen in a regular season game. He was a fifth-round pick by the Bills in 2022 and had a relatively quiet rookie season but towards the end of his second season was when he really became a part of the offense.

In the final 13 games, including the playoffs, Shakir had multiple receptions in 10 of those games but didn't need a huge target share to make an impact. He would catch 45 of the final 52 targets he saw that season and finished with a catch rate of over 80%.

The question for Shakir is how he might do being elevated from the third or fourth option to being the top receiver in this offense. He would now be drawing the top cornerback on the opposing defense and he won't be able to generate the same space he did this past year.

Khalil Shakir will be one of the top options but he won't be the top pass catcher this season.
