5. Marquez Valdes-Scantling

The Buffalo Bills recently signed veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling and he has a chance to quickly move up the depth chart and emerge as Allen's top receiver. He was a fifth-round pick by the Packers in 2018 and played four seasons in Green Bay before signing with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Even though he has played with some great quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes, he has always been a complementary piece at the position. The career highs for Valdes-Scantling are 42 receptions (2022), 690 receiving yards (2020), and six receiving touchdowns (2020).

However, in each of those spots he has joined offenses with established top pass catchers like Davante Adams in Green Bay or Travis Kelce in Kansas City. The Bills don't have that presently and Josh Allen may want a veteran like Marquez Valdes-Scantling as his top target.
