Buffalo Bills Cornerbacks

Starters: Tre'Davious White, Kaiir Elam, Taron Johnson (nickel)
Bench: Christian Benford, Dane Jackson, Alex Austin, Siran Neal, Cam Lewis, Kyler McMichael, Ja'Marcus Ingram

The cornerback position is in a much better spot at this point of the year compared to last year. At this time last year, the Bills didn't know when Tre'Davious White would be ready to return from his torn ACL and would draft Kaiir Elam in the first round and Christian Benford in the sixth round.

The job those two did, along with Dane Jackson, early in the season really helped this defense remain near the top of the league. That experience those three gained is one of the reasons why this group should be much better this upcoming season.

While it is still a bit of a toss up who starts opposite Tre'Davious White, the favorite has to be Kaiir Elam as he has the highest upside and the greatest potential. He is certainly talented enough to be a shutdown corner and if he can reach that this upcoming season, along with Tre'Davious White almost two years removed from his ACL injury, gives the Bills an excellent cornerback duo.
