Every NFL scout will be on hand this week, paying close attention to the incoming rookies. It's another opportunity for these collegiate stars to showcase their talents and earn an opportunity to be selected in April's draft. Fans will get another chance to see some of their favorites play again as well. More importantly, the Bills, who are cap-strapped, will be looking to replenish their roster with their ten picks in this year's NFL draft.

Players such as Xavier Legette, a wide receiver out of South Carolina. He's already becoming a fan favorite among many Bills fans and someone we should all have our eyes on this week. Or maybe Penn State edge rusher, Adisa Isaac. These are two players who will suit up this week for the Reese's Senior Bowl, among dozens of others who will be looking to impress the NFL coaches and scouts.

The East-West Shrine game takes place this week as well and includes edge rusher Javonte Jean-Baptiste from Notre Dame and others such as Leonard Taylor III, a defensive tackle out of Miami. Bills fans will no doubt find interest is both these positions and should take notice of these two players throughout not just these all-star games but the entire draft process.

The East-West Shrine game included standouts such as the Cincinnati Bengals Trey Hendrickson, who was drafted in the third round, and Za'Darious Smith, drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round. Both these players have since become pass-rush specialists in the NFL and found in the later rounds.

The Senior Bowl has showcased some NFL standouts as well. For starters, former Michigan defensive end Brandon Graham was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round. It also had another solid defensive end, Dee Ford, who was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the first round. Teams can find untapped talent in these all-star games and it's a great opportunity to see how players from smaller schools stack up against the blue bloods of college football.
