The Buffalo Bills are 3-0 and are coming off a huge victory in Week 3 where they absolutely curb-stomped the Jacksonville Jaguars. While Josh Allen and the rest of the Bills squad aren't looking too much into the 3-0 start and are taking it one game at a time, this offense feels different than years past.
More Bills news
Yes, the Bills have Allen and as long as he's quarterbacking the offense, they're going to be a threat. That being said, people wrote the Bills off this offseason after they lost key players and the rest of the division appeared to be getting better.
After the Bills put the absolute smackdown on the Jaguars this weekend, the hype is through the roof and there's reason to believe this year's team might very well be different than past teams. Benjamin Solak highlighted a moment from the game where the Bills ran a successful play and then later on, the Jaguars tried to copy it and failed comically.
Bills offense is built differently in 2024
Ever since Joe Brady became the offensive coordinator of the Bills, this group has been a much scarier force. This was a simple play that the Bills executed but seeing the Jaguars, who are led by an offensive-minded head coach in Doug Pederson and Press Taylor as offensive coordinator, couldn't pull it off even after Buffalo did the exact same play earlier in the game.
This is a matter of coaching and players doing their part and fortunately, the Bills are checking the boxes in both of those categories. At some point, the Bills will lose a game and will probably hit a rough patch at some point in the season but for now, let's just enjoy watching the offense execute at a high level and hope they can continue to put the smackdown on Baltimore this weekend.
