Grading Buffalo Bills offense against Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5
Tight Ends
Dawson Knox was a big part of the game plan as he finished third in terms of targets with six but was only able to catch three of them for 17 yards. Meanwhile, rookie Dalton Kincaid had two more receiving yards with 19 on one less reception and four less targets.
While Dawson Knox is going to be a part of this offense, the pressure should be on offensive coordinator Dalton Kincaid more involved in this offense as he has shown he can be very productive with more targets.
Week 5 Grade: B-
Offensive Line
The good news for the Buffalo Bills offensive line is that they once again were able to keep the pass rush mostly away from Josh Allen. The Bills quarterback was not sacked once which is pretty impressive considering the Jaguars' Josh Allen was tied entering Week 5 for the league lead in sacks with six.
However, the area they really struggled was in run blocking as the Jaguars defensive line really controlled the line of scrimmage and didn't allow the Bills much room on the ground. This fact combined with two key penalties over a three play span by rookie O'Cyrus Torrence brings their grade down for Week 5.
