Grading Buffalo Bills offense against New York Giants in Week 6
After a disappointing game in London, the Buffalo Bills were looking to get back on track. This game appeared to be a perfect get-right game for the offense as the New York Giants' defense has ranked near the bottom in most statistical categories.
Unfortunately, it looked like the offense was lost in the flight back from London for three quarters as the Giants defense kept them off the scoreboard and the Bills were down 6-0 going into the fourth. Fortunately, two touchdown passes by Josh Allen were just enough to get the win with a final score of 14-9.
These are the grades for the Buffalo Bills offense in Week 6 against the New York Giants.
Quarterback
Josh Allen has undoubtedly had better games but when it mattered he was able to make the plays necessary to get the Buffalo Bills the win. He finished the game completing 19 of 30 passes for 169 passing yards with two touchdowns while rushing for 11 yards on two rushing attempts.
The best play of the night from Allen came on the go-ahead touchdown where he would be forced to scramble but somehow still make a perfect throw between a few defenders to find Quintin Morris in the end zone. It wasn't a necessarily great game from the offense but with Josh Allen, the Buffalo Bills are going to win more games than they lose because of plays like this.
