The Buffalo Bills are on the road after their bye week in a must-win game against the Kansas City Chiefs. These are two franchises that know each other well and the good news is that Buffalo is entering this game very healthy with no players on the active roster carrying an injury designation.

On top of that the Bills activated tight end Dawson Knox, who was on injured reserve due to a wrist injury. He has been out since Week 8 and will give Josh Allen and Joe Brady another player to try and beat this Chiefs defense. He will officially make his return this week as he is active for Sunday's game.

While the Bills do not have to manage any injuries, it creates question marks and suspense around who will be active against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bills didn't elevate anyone from the practice squad so they had to have five players as healthy scratches this week.

Some of the players were expected as Germain Ifedi and Alec Anderson have been inactive for most of the season. The team has also had defensive tackle Poona Ford inactive a lot recently and that trend continues this week.

Deonte Harty was surprisingly inactive last game against the Philadelphia Eagles but with Andy Isabella not being elevated from the practice squad he will be active this week. Harty not only should return to his role on offense but also as the Bills starting punt returner.

The last game the Buffalo Bills played they were without Taylor Rapp, who was dealing with a neck injury but with Rapp healthy, Damar Hamlin once again is inactive.
