The Buffalo Bills have been one of the hottest teams to end the 2023 season as they would win five straight games. The final game against the Miami Dolphins helped them secure their fourth straight AFC East title and move them all the way up to the two seed in the AFC playoffs.

This meant that they would get a home game in the first round instead of having to return to Miami to play the Dolphins. Even though the game has been postponed a day due to the weather, it is still a big advantage in the playoffs to be playing in front of the home crowd.

On paper, this is a game the Buffalo Bills should win against the Pittsburgh Steelers based on the roster with the biggest difference being at quarterback with a matchup of Josh Allen versus Mason Rudolph. In addition to that, the Steelers will be without T.J. Watt who is arguably one of the three best defensive players currently in the league.

However, the Pittsburgh Steelers got here because they have one of the best coaches in the NFL in Mike Tomlin and there is no question he will have this Steelers' team prepared. It will not be an easy game for the Buffalo Bills by any means.

The good news for the Bills is that with the shift from Sunday to Monday, the weather is now unlikely to be as much of a factor. This should allow offensive coordinator Joe Brady to utilize their whole offensive playbook. If the game had been on Sunday, throwing the football likely would have been nearly impossible and that is no longer the case.

In the end, the Buffalo Bills will look to get out to a quick start and build an early lead against the Steelers. This will force Mason Rudolph to throw more than the Steelers probably want and in the end propels them to a win and a matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs next week.

Wild Card Round Final Score Prediction: Buffalo Bills 24, Pittsburgh Steelers 13
