The first week of the NFL season is officially over and the attention now turns to Week 2 that kicks off with a Thursday night matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Philadelphia Eagles. The AFC East division wrapped up Week 1 with two winners and two losers. There was one matchup between two division opponents between the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets, and next week the Miami Dolphins will travel up north to Massachusetts to take on the New England Patriots.

With each team of the AFC East displaying ups and downs this week, some teams face more uphill challenges than others. The first week of the season is expected to have teams find out what they need to improve on and what their strengths are as well.
