Buffalo Bills News: Josh Allen, Von Miller, Uniform Combination for Week 5

Buffalo Bills add cornerback depth by signing Herb Miller

With Tre'Davious White out for the season, there was undoubtedly going to be some shuffling of the roster for the Buffalo Bills. The Bills probably will place him on injured reserve before the game this week and may use the open roster spot on Von Miller, if he is ready to go.

Entering this game, the expectation would be that Christian Benford and Dane Jackson will start while Kaiir Elam will be active for the first time. Elam is on the 53-man roster but has been a healthy scratch the first four weeks.

The Bills also probably will call up Ja'Marcus Ingram from the practice squad for this game but to also add to the depth, the team signed Herb Miller this week to the practice squad. He is an undrafted free agent who has been with the Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, and recently the Carolina Panthers.

However, he hasn't played much with only 17 regular season games from 2020-2022 and played a total of 26 defensive snaps. The Bills released wide receiver Marcell Ateman to create the spot for Miller.
