A.J. Epenesa
One of the reasons the Buffalo Bills had success in their first matchup against the Miami Dolphins was because of their ability to put pressure on Tua Tagovailoa. They had four sacks and nine QB hits in that game with Greg Rousseau collecting two and then Ed Oliver and DaQuan Jones each getting one.
It remains to be seen if Von Miller will be active for this game and the pass rush should be led by Greg Rousseau and Leonard Floyd. However, A.J. Epenesa has had a great season and this has the chance to be a big spot for him to be a difference-maker.
In 14 games, Epenesa has had 6.5 sacks, 10 QB hits, two interceptions and eight passes defended. Epenesa does an excellent job of understanding if he isn't going to get to the quarterback he gets in the passing lanes and knocks down passes.
The Buffalo Bills can't afford to give Tagovailoa time in the pocket and the pass rush is going to be a key part of this game.
