53-man roster predictions for Buffalo Bills before training camp

Buffalo Bills Offense
Quarterback (2)
Josh Allen, Kyle Allen
This one is pretty simplistic. The face of the franchise, Josh Allen, will be backed up by his good friend and someone he helped pushed the Bills to sign, Kyle Allen. K. Allen has some nice athleticism and his game is similar to Josh Allen’s.
Running Back/Fullback (4)
James Cook, Damien Harris, Nyheim Hines, Reggie Gilliam(FB)
All signs lead to second-year man James Cook being the Bills’ lead back in 2023. The former second-round pick got better as the season went on and began to demand more touches. He seems primed for a big year.
Behind Cook will be new addition Damien Harris, who has produced big years in the league and brings a different and punishing style of running than Cook. Along with the Swiss army knife, Nyheim Hines, who can run catch, and return kicks, the Bills have a very nice running back stable.
Gilliam has been a nice utility man since he joined the team as an undrafted free agent a few years back. He can block, catch, run, and is solid on special teams.
