2.) Jacksonville Jaguars
Staying within the AFC South, the Jaguars could be losing wideout Calvin Ridley after just one playing season with them in 2023. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a bad ending to the 2023 season and will be looking to prove that he can still be the future franchise quarterback for the Jaguars.
If Ridley ends up exiting out of Jacksonville, Davis could be a viable option for the Jaguars because of the connection with wide receivers coach Chad Hall, who was with the Bills from 2019-2022 as their wide receivers coach. Davis would get to work with Hall, who helped him become a once reliable option in Buffalo.
In addition, Davis would be involved in the passing game heavily as Lawrence will have to bounce back from the way he ended his season. Davis with the connection to Lawrence as a number two option behind Christian Kirk is not a bad idea for Jacksonville or Davis. He gets a franchise quarterback who has a lot to prove in 2024, and gets his old receivers coach back.
