Entering the 2023 season, there are plenty of reasons to be excited about the Buffalo Bills. They have veterans returning who are the cornerstone of the franchise like Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Tre'Davious White, Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, and Matt Milano.

In addition, they have some younger players who are expected to play a big role like Greg Rousseau, James Cook and rookie Dalton Kincaid. However, there are a number of players that may not be getting the recognition they should as they are going to be playing key roles in the team's success this upcoming season.

Mitch Morse

There has been plenty of discussion about the Buffalo Bills offensive line entering the upcoming season. There is some concern with the offensive tackles, particularly at right tackle, but also have two new starters in Connor McGovern and O'Cyrus Torrence.

However, the key to the offensive line might actually be Mitch Morse. The veteran center is returning for his fifth season with the Bills and has been the leader of this group. He is responsible for relaying adjustments at the line and making sure everyone has their assignments.

This experience is going to be even more critical this season as he has two new players lining up on either side of him with McGovern and Torrence. If Mitch Morse is able to help these players out with his leadership, it will make the offensive line that much stronger.
