2.) Out-duels other top quarterbacks on the Buffalo Bills’ schedule
The Bills have one of the toughest schedules in the league this year and part of their challenges will be taking on top quarterbacks who are surrounded by talent. This includes but is not limited to Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts (both who were just in the Super Bowl), Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, Trevor Lawrence, Tua Tagovailoa, and Aaron Rodgers. At one point or another, all of these quarterbacks have performed better than Allen and they are going to be a tough challenge for the Bills overall.
Even if the Bills do end up losing some of these matchups against these quarterbacks, Allen has the ability to put himself in a position to outplay his opponent fellow quarterback regardless of the outcome of the game.
Obviously the main goal of the game is to win, but in order to keep hope in these games, it starts at the top with the quarterbacks. Maybe Allen statistically performs better than all of these quarterbacks and then it will be up to his supporting cast to help seal a victory.
