The Buffalo Bills avoided disaster by besting the Pittsburgh Steelers and are now set to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in what should be yet another Josh Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes showdown.

The Bills have lost to the Chiefs in the playoffs both in 2021 and 2022, but there are two things Bills fans can take solace in this time around. The first is that the Bills will host the Chiefs this time around. The last five times these two teams have played against each other, the game took place at Arrowhead.

The second being the oddsmakers now have the Bills set as favorites to win. Not only that, but the Bills are now third on the odds list to win Super Bowl 58 behind only the two No. 1 seeds, the Ravens and 49ers.

Bills Super Bowl 58 odds

Will the Bills win the Super Bowl?

This could very well be the Bills year to win the Super Bowl, but they need to face their demons before they do. First of all, they need to get past Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, a team they've lost to in t he postseason in two of the last three years.

If they do, their path opens up. Lamar Jackson and the Ravens have had issues of their own in the playoffs in the past number of years and who knows who will come out of the NFC.

The Bills have also had great success against playoff teams this season, going 6-1 overall against playoff teams, including beating the Chiefs in Kansas City.

It could be time for the Bills to finally lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
