Bills vs. Steelers: Breaking down the announcers for Wild Card game
The Buffalo Bills host the Pittsburgh Steelers this Monday after securing the AFC East title and not having to play Super Wild Card Weekend on the road. The Steelers snuck into the playoffs with a 10-7 record but Bills fans know all too well not to take any opponent lightly.
The game was moved from Sunday to Monday due to weather concerns.
Both teams had strong finishes to the season with the Bills winning their final five games, including the Week 18 match-up in Miami that earned them the AFC East title. Pittsburgh won its final three games, though to be fair, they faced a Ravens team in Week 18 that was mostly playing backups.
Still, a three-game win streak is nothing to scoff at in the NFL. The Bills are hoping the Steelers don't get to four-straight wins while they get to a sixth straight victory.
With such a big game on the horizon, who is in the broadcast booth for Buffalo vs. Pittsburgh in the snow?
Bills vs. Steelers Wild Card announcers
With the Bills/Steelers game airing on CBS, that means fans will get to hear Jim Nantz, Tony Romo, and Tracy Wolfson for this match-up. This is a crew that Bills fans are all too familiar with, as they've called several Bills games this season.
Of course, there are probably going to be plenty of "Mr. January" jokes running wild on social media, as that's the nickname Romo gave Josh Allen during last year's playoffs. It went over about as well as you can imagine.
