The Buffalo Bills made waves in the NFL community on Wednesday morning, sending Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans for draft capital as the team continues to shed some bloated contracts on the roster.

With the Bills now hungry for some fresh talent in the wide receiver room, the NFL Draft betting markets shifted towards Buffalo selecting Texas speedster Xavier Worthy.

Buffalo, who was seen as a possibility to take Worthy, is now the overwhelming favorite to select him later this month in the 2024 NFL Draft. The Bills will be picking No. 28 overall, but have moved up in the last four drafts to get the player it desires most.

Here's the current odds as of Thursday afternoon of who will select Worthy in the NFL Draft.

What will Buffalo Bills do in NFL Draft?

Worthy, who ran the fastest 40-yard dash time at the NFL Draft Combine, is a natural fit for contending teams that can use speed to beat the elite defenses, but its no certainty that the team will go with Worthy.

To be clear, the Bills are incredibly likely to take a wide receiver now, per draft betting odds, -240 at FanDuel Sportsbook. However, will it be Worthy is now the question.

This is an incredibly deep wide receiver group, both at the top and bottom of the first round, as there are other capable wide receivers likely to be available. Some of the names that could be drafted by the Bills include, but are not limited to, South Carolina's Xavier Legette, Georgia’s Ladd McConkey, LSU’s Brian Thomas and Worthy’s Texas teammate AD Mitchell.

This is a fluid situation, but the betting market has gravitated hard towards Worthy being picked by the Bills.
