1.) Josh Allen

Since being drafted by the Bills, Josh Allen has established himself as not only the franchise quarterback for Bills Mafia but also as a top three quarterback in the league. He is an athlete at the quarterback spot who is the size of a linebacker and can hurdle as well as truck defenders.

While Allen has games where there are head-scratching moments, and then he has those games where he is the best player on the field and it is not even close. There is no denying that Allen had a major turnover problem last season. He had a career-high 18 interceptions and 7 fumbles. His turnovers were part of the reason why the Bills lost certain games last season. At the same time, he clinched his fourth consecutive 4,000+ passing yard season and had his second-career highest completion percentage (66.5%).

Allen is one of the top quarterbacks in the league. There is an argument for him being the second or third best quarterback in the league, but his kryptonite is the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs. That is one obstacle that Allen is still looking to overcome. At the same time, the Bills are always going to be contenders as long as Allen is in his prime and under center for Buffalo.
