Even though the 2023 season for the Buffalo Bills ended less than a week ago, the importance of this upcoming offseason is already evident. The Bills for the third time in five years saw the Chiefs end their season in the playoffs, and this most recent loss was at home at Highmark Stadium.

General manager Brandon Beane and the front office will have to go back to the drawing board to try to improve the roster to get past teams like the Kansas City Chiefs and ultimately get to the Super Bowl.
