1.) Miami Dolphins

That’s right, the Miami Dolphins are the number one team on this list because of how Josh Allen usually performs against them, as well as who they lost in free agency this offseason. Since being drafted to the Bills, Allen seems to always play his best game against the Dolphins.

In 12 regular season matchups against Miami, Allen has completed over 66% of his passes for 3,363 yards, and 33 touchdowns to only 7 interceptions. In addition, Allen has added 638 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. Buffalo is 10-2 against Miami under the Allen era and averages 33 points against them. To break it all down, Allen makes the Dolphins’ defense look lost and one of the worst in the league.

This past offseason, the Dolphins lost impactful players in free agency as well as their defensive coordinator in Vic Fangio (now with the Philadelphia Eagles). Christian Wilkins is with the Las Vegas Raiders, Brandon Jones is in Denver, and linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel is up north in Minnesota. Not to mention, Xavien Howard is also no longer with the Dolphins.

The Bills are very familiar with the Dolphins and it seems like Buffalo always ends up dominating Miami’s defense. Allen plays his best ball against them and while they are not the worst defense in the league, he makes them look like they are.
