5.) Tre’Davious White leaves with a non-contact injury

First things first, the Bills may have suffered a huge loss on the defense for the foreseeable future. Cornerback Tre’Davious White went down late in the third quarter when the Dolphins were looking to convert on a fourth down but Tua Tagovailoa was sacked.

While the cheers started as the Bills took over possession, the game was stopped and the cameras went to White as he was visibly frustrated and even threw his helmet behind him while on the ground. The team surrounded White and wished him luck as he was carted off the field.

It was reported that White was being evaluated for an ankle injury, specifically an achilles injury which is not good for this Buffalo defense. If White is indeed not able to return this season, Brandon Beane may want to explore options outside of the building to bring stability to this secondary.

White has just recovered from a torn ACL he suffered in November of 2021. The status of White will be the biggest thing to monitor going into Week 5 when the Bills travel to London to take on Jacksonville.
