Javon Baker, Wide Receiver, UCF
Baker is more of a prototypical Bills receiver, standing at 6'1 and running a 4.54 40-yard dash. Baker has been a rising player as we get closer to the draft, and could become an early second-round draft pick. With this week being the final week of Top 30 visits, the Bills have one last chance to get an in-person meeting with him scheduled before the draft.
They could fall in love with his speed and view him as an upgrade over Gabe Davis with the chance to become the new kick returner as well with the new rules.
Kam Kinchens, Safety, Miami
Before wide receiver became as big of a need as it is now, Bills fans expected a Safety to be the 1st round selection. The Bills have more than just one need on their team, and the defense has a few holes that need to be fixed.
Now that Stefon Diggs is gone, Safety may get pushed back to Round 2 or three, but don't discredit Safety being an early pick. Kinchens may be an early second round pick, and the Bills shouldn't need to trade down that much to land him. Kinchens is a ball hawk Safety that the Bills love to have, totaling 11 interceptions in two seasons.
