Buffalo Bills guaranteed win Number 4: Week 4 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (London)
The Jacksonville Jaguars were a fun story last year. They continue to be a fun franchise that’s on the rise. Behind Trevor Lawrence, who is developing into a star right before our eyes, this team is definitely headed in the right direction.
But, this is a game where Josh Allen and the Bills show Lawrence that it’s not their time just yet, and they're going to do it on a global stage. The Jaguars boasted one of the league’s worst pass defenses a year ago, finishing the season giving up the fifth-most yards through the air. This will be an outing where Allen exploits that unit, and he’s going to throw for over 400 yards.
This will be one of those games where we walk away thinking, “Oh yeah, that’s what Josh Allen is capable of.” He’s going to put the league back on notice that he is, indeed, a top-5 quarterback and a legitimate MVP candidate.
Lawrence has his moments in this one, but there’s no way Allen loses the game in the end; not to an up-and-comer like Lawrence, just yet. Buffalo wins this one, 31-24.
