Matt Haack - Punter

Matt Haack is everyone's favorite punter, right? To me, this one seems easy to call. The Bills won't carry two punters into the season, and I know some argue that Tyler Bass was at his best when Haack was holding for him. Even with that, I can't imagine the Bills taking up a roster spot for a holder, and despite Sam Martin's inconsistencies last year, Haack is not a better punter than Martin, and won't beat him out of a starting job.

Haack first came into the league in 2017 with the Miami Dolphins, spending his first four years in the league with Miami. He last punted for the Bills in 2021, averaging a career-low net punting average of 37.6. He spent a portion of last season with the Browns but only punted three times. He has a career net punting average of 39.6 yards with a 5.8% touchback rate and 37% career punts downed inside the 20.
