James Cook will record over 100 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown

James Cook has exactly one rushing touchdown and one receiving touchdown on the season. I think he adds his second rushing touchdown against the Broncos and records over 100 total yards. Cook has 506 yards rushing in 2023 and is averaging 4.7 yards per carry. Many fans are asking for more of James Cook and while I agree, I don't think it needs to necessarily be just in the ground game. Cook has recorded over 70 scrimmage yards in three straight games and the Broncos' run defense is next to last in the league.

Cook is fifth on the team in targets, with 26, and fourth in receptions at 20. Averaging only three targets per game. I think this number should go up between five to seven a game and get Cook out in space more often. I wouldn't mind seeing roughly 15 - 20 carries per game too but if you increase his touches, what does that mean for Dalton Kincaid or Khalil Shakir, two guys that have stepped up over the last few games? I think the answer is this, if the Bills can do a better job of sustaining drives, there will be plenty of opportunities for all three players.
