Tyrel Dodson
The next player on the list might be the toughest as Tyrel Dodson showed this offseason that he is a starting linebacker in the NFL. He should garner plenty of interest in free agency and probably will be in line for a starting spot for a new team in 2024.
However, for the Buffalo Bills he is a valuable backup to the linebacker position that has dealt with plenty of injuries this season. Matt Milano suffered a season-ending leg injury in Week 5 which opened the door for Dodson to show he can be a starter.
In addition to Milano, Terrel Bernard also missed time this season and the Bills eventually turned to A.J. Klein to replace him. He has spent four seasons with Bills but played the most this season with 10 starts.
It will be interesting if there is a market that develops and it could ultimately be out of the Bills control if Tyrel Dodson returns. However, they should try their hardest to convince him to return.
