2. Cincinnati Bengals

So long as Josh Allen and Joe Burrow are around, it looks like the Bills and Bengals are going to have a strong rivalry. The prime time game that didn't happen last year, where Damar Hamlin endured his scary collapse, gave reason for Bills fans to look forward to a potential playoff meeting.

When that meeting came, it did not go the way the Bills had hoped. Cincinnati dominated Buffalo, and now all the Bills can do is look forward to November 5 when these two teams face off once again.

Joe Burrow is now a top-5, if not top-3, quarterback in this league. He is as good as it gets at the position, and the Bengals will go as he goes. Burrow has no shortage of weapons, of course, between Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and others. That offense is going to put up points, and Burrow will make sure of it.

The Bengals will once again threaten for the AFC's top seed, gunning for a Super Bowl. Burrow could wind up having a career year, which would be quite scary considering he's already had some monster seasons. He knows that a contract extension is in the near future, and the 2023 season could be the last push he needs to squeeze every dollar out of that upcoming deal.
