4 coaches who could be pried away from the Buffalo Bills in 2024

Of the four coaches on this list, Joe Brady is the one who would have the best chance at a head coach position this offseason. He was the quarterback coach last season and to begin this season before being named interim offensive coordinator to replace Ken Dorsey.

Since taking over, the Bills offense has looked much better and while there is still room for improvement, Brady certainly should get noticed for the job he has done. This wouldn't be the first time that Joe Brady would get head coaching interviews as he did in 2021 with the Los Angeles Chargers and the Atlanta Falcons after his first year as offensive coordinator with the Carolina Panthers.

The Falcons are notable because they did just fire Arthur Smith and it wouldn't be surprising to see them consider Brady again this time around.
