Rasul Douglas

There could be some recency bias here as Rasul Douglas was just named AFC Offensive Player of the Week after an incredible game against the New England Patriots. Maybe the rosters were already set and Douglas doesn't get credit for that game but looking at the season in totality, it is tough to understand how Jalen Ramsey would make the Pro Bowl over Rasul Douglas.

Buffalo Bills traded for Rasul Douglas right before the trade deadline so he didn't have a full season in the AFC but Ramsey hasn't played a full season either as he worked his way back from a knee injury suffered during training camp. In fact, Ramsey has played only one more game than Douglas, giving a good chance to compare the two resumes.

In nine games, Ramsey has 18 total tackles, three interceptions, five passes defended, and quarterbacks have a QB rating of 44.8 when throwing his direction. Meanwhile, in the eight games Douglas has played with the Bills he has 29 total tackles, four interceptions, eight passes defended, two forced fumbles, and one sack.

Rasul Douglas will have a chance to show on Sunday night exactly how big of a snub it was with the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins set to play.
