For the first time in a long time, this Buffalo Bills roster gives undrafted free agents the best chance to make the 53-man roster or the practice squad. They found many gems after the draft that could help the team early on both sides of the ball. How many will they keep, though? It may be too early to tell. However, if one thing's for certain, it’s that we’ll see many players who didn’t get drafted on this team in some capacity.

A couple are early favorites from Bills fans, running back Frank Gore Jr and wide receiver Xavier Johnson Jr. Both come into positions that have been rebuilt in some capacity. At running back, the team let go of Latavius Murray while adding Ray Davis, Darrynton Evans, and Gore Jr. Wide receiver took a bit more of a retooling, though. After losing their top two receivers in Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis, they added Curtis Samuel and Keon Coleman. More backend roster spots will be up for grabs at pass catcher, giving some new guys a better chance to make the team.

What does this mean for the Bills? This will be a younger team filled with new young players surrounding Josh Allen. It may not be pretty on paper like we were used to seeing, but there’s still a lot to like about it. In this article, we’ll look at three undrafted rookies to watch for in training camp. If they have a strong summer, we could see them activated for gamedays.
